Sunday, October 25: Arrival in Bangalore – Bylakkuppe (5 Hours Drive)
On arrival at Bengaluru International Airport, you will be received to check into an airport hotel for a wash & change, breakfast & a little rest. Later you will be driven to Coorg to check you’re your hotel. Rest of the day to relax. Overnight at the resort

Monday, October 26: Teachings – Day 1
Teachings with Lama John Brady at the resort together with a group from the Taiwanese Sangha. Overnight at the resort

Tuesday, October 27: Teachings – Day 2
Teachings with Lama John Brady at the resort together with a group from the Taiwanese Sangha. Overnight at the resort

Wednesday, October 28: Local Heritage Sightseeing with ALL Team
Full day to visit Bylakkuppe Tibetan Monastery. Overnight at the resort

Thursday, October 29: Visit Hunsor and TDL Centers
Full day for local visits. Overnight at the resort.

Friday, October 30: Visit Sera Mey
Overnight at Sera Mey.

Saturday, October 31: Visit Sera Mey (or main center visit)
Overnight at Sera Mey. 

Sunday, November 1: Sera Mey – Mysore – Bangalore Departure (3.5 Hours Drive)
After an early breakfast, drive to Mysore for a guided sightseeing. Later in the evening , you will be driven to Bangalore airport to connect your flight in the early morning of 02 November

Extension to Kerala

Sunday, November 1: Sera Mey – Mysore – Wayanad (3.5 Hours Drive)
After an early breakfast, drive to Mysore for a guided sightseeing. Later in the afternoon, you will be driven to Wayanad Hills for overnight stay.

Monday, November 2: Wayanad – Calicut (By road) – Cochin (By Train)
You may opt to have a morning Yoga session at your resort. After a leisurely breakfast, drive to Calicut Railway Station to board your super fast train to Ernakulam (Cochin). Your main luggage will be carried by the bus to Cochin. On arrival in Cochin, you will be transferred to a hotel in Fort Cochin for overnight stay.

Tuesday, November 3: Cochin – Marari Beach
After breakfast, check out and go for a guided sightseeing of Cochin. By noon, you will be brought to Marari Beach to check into your resort for your Yoga Retreat.

Wednesday, November 4: Marari Beach
Yoga Retreat at Marari Beach. Time for yourself.

Thursday, November 5: Marari Beach – Houseboat Lunch Cruise
Yoga Retreat at Marari Beach. After breakfast, by 11 AM, you will be transferred to Alleppey for a lunch cruise on an exclusive Houseboat. After evening tea and snacks, you will be brought back to Marari Beach for Yoga and overnight stay. Fresh lunch will be prepared and served on board the Houseboat.

Friday, November 6: Marari Beach

Saturday, November 7: Marari Beach
Yoga Retreat at Marari Beach.

Sunday, November 8: Marari Beach – Cochin Airport Departure (2.5 Hours)
Today, you will be transferred to Cochin International Airport to connect your return flight home. Only one group transfer is included in the cost.
So please inform us as soon as possible of your flight chosen, so we can arrange for a transfer for as many as possible.
Otherwise we will of course arrange the transfer, but it has to be paid extra.
